Participation in the 2023 Song & Sound Retreat is only open to those that have been vaccinated for Covid-19 (at least 3 doses).
We are completely aware that there is a diversity of opinions about the efficacy and ethics of vaccines but based on serious considerations and input from some of our staff and longtime attendees, this vaccine mandate is the only realistic way we could present a retreat this year and offer the experience we hope to create for our attendees.
Following a moving target.
As the Covid-19 pandemic is still evolving we are constantly monitoring the situation and will base all of our activities on guidance from the CDC and the Health Department of West Virginia. If public health mandates force us to cancel as they did in the past, we will refund all deposits. We strongly encourage all attendees to consider travel insurance for any expenses beyond your deposit.
