Your deposit secures your spot in the Mountain Recording Retreat. We make commitments to the resort based on reservations, therefore deposit payments are non-refundable. Please make sure that you are able to commit to the retreat before registering.
If you are concerned that you may need to cancel, or for some reason are unable to travel at the time of the course (flight cancellations, natural disasters, sickness, death in the family, etc.), we strongly recommend you look into trip insurance similar to what people get when purchasing cruises or holiday packages.
If some emergency situation or Covid restrictions forces us to cancel, Recording Boot Camp would issue full refunds of deposits. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for any other expenses.
